When you record a training session, or send a company Announcement, the content will be seen by many of your Employees. Conveying the right look and tone is important. The edit facility makes it’s easy to format and design your work, so you can create the right visual impact to suit your text.

You’ve got everything you need to produce professional quality documents and there's scope to play around if you want.

You can select font size, add images and links, choose colours, add lists, insert tables, and much more. 

You’ll find the edit facility at the top of each panel when you’re recording a training session or typing your Announcement.
