Someone who instinctively knows where the eye should go, what the headline should say, and why a viewer should care.

This is a sprint, not a long-term post. But the work you do will have a direct commercial impact from day one. You’ll have nailed it if you move the needle on these three things:
1. Asset pipeline cleared — a substantial backlog of video and graphic assets is produced, published-ready, and performing. Not drafts. Not nearly-theres. Live, tested, working creative.
2. Engagement and click-through — the assets you’ve produced are measurably outperforming what we were running before. Scroll-stopping hooks, clear calls to action, content that earns attention and converts it.
3. Volume without compromise — you’ve demonstrated that high output and high quality aren’t mutually exclusive. One core idea has become ten usable assets. Raw footage has become a campaign.
You’ll take a brief — or sometimes just a folder of raw files — and return with a polished suite of assets ready to publish. No lengthy back-and-forth. No hand-holding through every decision. You know what good looks like commercially, and you build to that standard by default.
You’re not waiting to be told which soundbite to use. You already know. You’re not asking which part of the graphic should draw the eye. You’ve already solved it.
This is high-autonomy, high-output work. You reduce bottlenecks — you don’t create them.
• Video editing: Edit raw footage into fast-paced, punchy assets for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. One 45-minute recording becomes 10+ usable assets. You know exactly which moments to cut to.
• Design for conversion: Create scroll-stopping social graphics and high-converting ad creatives. Visual hierarchy, clear messaging, obvious call to action — every time.
• Sales collateral: Design high-value PDF guides and sales documents where the commercial value is obvious before the reader reaches the end of the first page.
• Message-first thinking — you understand what makes people act. You can identify the angle, write a compelling headline, and build the hook without waiting for someone else to hand it to you.
• Design for conversion — you know visual hierarchy. You guide the eye. You build professional, high-value assets in your preferred design tool and you can move fast in it.
• Video editing at pace — you turn interviews and raw footage into dynamic commercial assets. You know which soundbites sell an opportunity and which ones lose people in the first three seconds.
• AI fluency — you use generative tools as a genuine accelerant: testing hooks, mocking up variations, increasing output. Not a novelty — a real part of how you work.
• Speed and volume — you have a proven track record of producing a substantial number of high-quality assets in a short timeframe. You’ve done this before and you can show us the work.
• You need detailed step-by-step briefs before you can start.
• You prioritise brand aesthetics over commercial clarity.
• You’re currently stretched across too many projects to genuinely commit.
• You design to impress other designers rather than to drive action from real people.
