As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated Door to Door Sales Representatives to join our team. As our Door to Door Sales Representative, you will:
Conduct door-to-door visits to engage with potential customers and introduce our offerings.
Demonstrate products and services effectively to highlight their benefits.
Build rapport with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve sales strategies.
Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise productivity during working hours.
This role is critical to our team's success because you will be engaging with prospective clients face to face, building trust and rapport. Your excellent communication skills will be key in objection handling and helping our clients understand the process. Our product and services genuinely help clients and make a real difference to peoples lives.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently.
Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage appointments.
A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel between locations.
Familiarity with IT tools for tracking sales data is a plus but not essential.
