At Supply Hive, we’re creating a culture internally that rewards consultants and staff more than ever before! With a focus on uncapped commission starting at 12.5% of billed GP (resulting in a share of your business' profit), rising to 20% for higher performers, and not to mention the private healthcare, dinner incentives, prizes and overseas holidays for hitting targets – we’d argue that not much will compare!

Your starting basic salary as a Senior RC will be £30,000, but with commission from the beginning, you can expect to earn anywhere between £40k and £55k in your first year, rising to between £50k-70k in your second year onwards.

Our office in Windsor is easily accessible by train and bus, and is based right next to Windsor castle. A great office location for meeting with client schools, registering inspiring new teachers and support staff, or just for popping to a restaurant or pub at lunch for a team incentive reward! We believe that being in the centre of a large town/city is ideal for a buzzing, small and dynamic team of recruiters.

What does the role look like in a bit more detail?

We match talented educators with schools and whether it’s finding the best teaching assistant to support a child with SEND, or a qualified Primary teacher that leads a classroom from the front – you’ll go home after work feeling as though you have made a difference. Everything that we do is aimed at driving a more positive and better experience of education for pupils, schools and educators in the local area.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and providing good service with educators and schools in the area, whilst trying to maximise the appropriate profitability for your team, and the Supply Hive business.

We are responsible for the safe hiring and vetting of our educator workforce and therefore attention to detail is very important. We must only find work for people that are suited to working in a school-based environments. We use safer recruitment practices to ensure that we reject people that are not suitable, successfully safeguarding the children that are ultimately in our care. Each educator that we recruit might have 10-15 different vetting requirements and documents that need checking, and shortcuts are not allowed. Integrity and reputation is everything when it comes to safer recruitment in schools, and Supply Hive hold themselves to the highest standard!

Creative writing and good use of the English language is something that we use regularly! We create exciting, attractive, and informative job adverts to attract the best job-hunters in the market, and we write persuasive and convincing emails to clients to encourage them to use Supply Hive’s services.
