View Your Training Records – Account Owners & Managers

See summaries of all the training sessions you've received.

With your WorkSmarter account, you have the tools to track and review all the training sessions you've participated in, ensuring easy access for future reference.

When your manager records a training session for you, or you update your training record (permissions dependent), we'll notify your manager via email that your record has been updated.

You can access the session notes directly from this email or any time through your Training Records.

All information is securely stored in your account, providing a permanent record of your training history.

Here's how to access your training records:

Log In to Your WorkSmarter Account

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the WorkSmarter login page.

  • Enter your username and password.

  • Click on the 'Log In' button.

Access the Training Records Section

  • Once logged in, navigate to services.

  • Locate the feature called 'Training' in the menu.

  • Click on 'My Training Record' to open your training record.

Here, you'll find a summary of all the training you've received. Choose a specific training topic, click ‘Show Details’, and your manager’s notes will be displayed.

You can also download them as a PDF file for offline reference.

Additionally, you can view all your training details through your Employee Record. Simply click on your profile picture, navigate to the Training tab, and access comprehensive information about your training history.

This streamlined process ensures that you can easily manage and reference your training records whenever required.
