Our Story

Back in 2018 a group of good friends and colleagues met in the pub for a beer. In the wake of a significant shift towards more flexible ways of working, supported by major leaps in technology, we knew things needed to change.

We’d seen for ourselves how SMEs often struggle to compete on a level playing field, and that the tools we used with our own teams just weren’t cutting it. With no shortage of skills, energy and drive we all arrived at the same conclusion: we'd build our own HR system from scratch, and back ourselves all the way.

Today, we’re supported by an outstanding team who each contribute so much to daily operations. Maintaining a dynamic and pioneering start-up ethos is essential to who we are.
