For those needing more flexibility, our Timesheets service now offers manual entry so work can be recorded later if real time Check In & Out isn’t suitable.

Being able to record detailed and accurate timings of hours worked is great for those who need that extra versatility, for instance, when you’re managing client accounts or if your team has billable hours.

Outside of professional plans and milestones, January is typically when people start to organise their holidays for the year ahead and for many of us the guarantee of warmer weather and new experiences means travelling outside the UK ✈️

According to TripAdvisor, however, London has managed to retain its number one position as the most popular holiday destination in Europe and comes in at a very respectable third in their global list just behind Dubai and Bali!

Unsurprisingly, your WorkSmarter holiday bookings have gone through the roof. More than 28,000 holidays have been requested this year already, 90% of which were approved – a great boost for morale! ☀️

Just a quick heads up that we’ll soon be extending our electronic signing service for all your employees, as well as new recruits. Whether it’s changes to contracts, pay rise confirmation letters or latest policy roll outs, our handy new feature will make obtaining legally-binding digital signatures a cinch and provide fantastic integration with the Employment Document Library.
