Now you can do even more from your WorkSmarter account, with our new and convenient memory-saving function.
Use WorkSmarter’s Notes feature to create and record a note about any employee. It’s your call whether you share the note or keep it private.
This handy digital memo lets you record actions, objectives, or observations; keep information related to individual employees in one secure place; and create better engagement between managers and staff.
• Record any note relating to a member of staff as you’re working, all from within the platform.
• Set a reminder, so you never forget when a task needs actioning.
• The visibility function means you can share the note with your employee to keep them in the loop and evidence your action, or simply view privately as your own personal prompt.

You'll get quick access to your profile and calendar, and can easily jump directly to any teammate's account.
