Meet WorkSmarter co-founder and CTO Jack Webb-Heller, as he discusses the future of HR software and technology on the HR Review podcast with host Bill Banham. 

Jack began his career as a software developer in 2010, creating a unique custom-built software platform for letting agents. One of the most advanced and intuitive systems in the industry, the platform utilised evolving technology to enhance customer experience.

After managing a team of UK-based developers on associated products and consulting for clients across Europe and North America, Jack went on to transition to a strategic CTO role before co-founding WorkSmarter in 2018.
