Update Multiple Users' Accounts at Once.
WorkSmarter offers a Batch Update feature to make it easy to manage multiple user accounts. This feature allows you to update settings, features, and permissions across several user accounts quickly and efficiently.
Batch Updates can save you valuable time on a range of actions, including being able to adjust holiday allowances, book pre-approved staff holidays, change timesheet and check in settings, and modify permissions.
How to use Batch Updates
Log in to your WorkSmarter account.
Navigate to the Organisation tab located on the sidebar.
Scroll down to 'Batch Updates'.
Select Your Action
Click the 'Action' box to bring up the dropdown menu. Choose the type of update you want to perform.
Follow the instructions that appear for this action, including selecting which employees should apply.
Once you're happy with the changes, click 'Submit Batch Updates' to save your action.
Important Considerations
Permissions: Only Account Owners and Managers with the appropriate permissions can perform Batch Updates. Ensure you have the necessary authorisation before proceeding.
Data Accuracy: Always double-check the information before applying updates to avoid any errors or by giving the wrong permissions to multiple users.
