Run Absence Reports
Run detailed Excel reports by going to the Report section, selecting Data Exports and navigating to Absence Reports. This allows you to extract your absence data from the system for use outside of the platform. These reports can be run over any date range, and filtered by all employees, a department, office or individual user.
Is There a way to Track Employee Absence Patterns?
Yes, WorkSmarter provides Absence Reports that help with proactive management. See trends such as frequent short-term sickness, absence spikes, planned/unplanned absences, and compare absence years.
Can WorkSmarter Help With Bradford Factor Calculations?
Yes, the system includes a Bradford Factor calculator, which helps track frequent short-term absences to identify potential absence issues. Include this metric when you create an Automatic Alert.
