Manage the Vacancies Within Your Organisation.
Only staff with the relevant permissions can access your internal candidate job boards.
To Create a New Vacancy:
From your sidebar, go to the Services tab and scroll down to the 'Hiring' section. Select Applicant Tracker, which takes you to the page where you can manage your current vacancies.
Click the +Create Vacancy button. Start creating your new vacancy by filling out the form with the position details. Salary options can be capped at a set amount, marked negotiable, or you can enable prospective candidates to provide their salary expectations when applying. Once you’ve added all the information, click to continue and your job advert will be created.
Next, you’ll be asked to write a description about your company, the job role and any useful information regarding the position. To make the process speedier, we’ve created an editable template for you to use. The text editor lets you add visual elements to your description for more impact.
When you’re ready to publish this vacancy and send it live, tick the box and then click Submit. To save as a draft, simply click submit and this status will be marked on the vacancy.
Can I Edit my Vacancy?
It’s easy to do this if you need to make any changes, for example extending the application deadline or adding further information. When you create your vacancy, you can mark it as a draft so you can return to it and make edits. You can also make edits even after publishing by returning to the jobs page, editing and then resubmitting. Adverts can also be deleted from here.
