MI Reports: our downloadable reports instantly fetch data about your company’s expenses. An Expense Claims report returns a list of all receipted expenses claimed for by your staff; a Mileage Claims report returns a list of all mileage expenses claimed for by your staff.
Go to Reports, navigate to Data Exports, choose Expense Reports and select which report you want to run.
Set your precise date range; filter by company, department or individual employee.
Reports can be exported in CSV formats for further analysis or shared for full transparency and collaboration.
HR Insights: personalised dashboards track the specific Key Performance Indicators that matter most to your business. Instantly view total expenditure by month, top expense categories, users by highest spend or total distances driven per month.
Go to Reports, then locate HR Insights and click on Expense Insights.
Your raw data is set out in clear, concise visuals so you can easily identify facts, patterns and trends in your spending.
