Access the Document Library

  • Log in to your WorkSmarter account then navigate to Services.

  • Locate the 'Document Library' feature in the menu to open.

WorkSmarter’s editable template files are easy and flexible to use. Different categories are laid out in a simple at-a-glance format, so you can easily explore topics relevant to HR and employment law.

  • Click on the category you require to see a comprehensive collection of templates ready for every scenario.

  • These letters and templates provide information and guidance and can be used with your employees.

  • Dynamic, customisable templates allow you to customise, edit, and update letters and documents as needed, either online, in Word, or downloaded for offline work.

How to use Templates

  • Click on templates to edit with your own details.

  • Select the employee and author to be used in the template. You’ll see a preview on the right of the screen as you edit.

  • Use the text editor to customise and style your document, and to add an optional dynamic tag to your template. Download the original, save as a Word document or as a PDF. The cancel button brings you back to the category screen.

  • For documents where you need a signed copy, simply edit as required, download a PDF copy, then upload to the HR Files of the user who should sign it.
