How to open a Support Case

  • From your menu click on Live HR Support to open a Support Case
  • You’ll need to enter a case title, and select which of your staff this case involves. If it’s a general enquiry, leave the field blank
  • Our Live HR Support is confidential: your employee data is safe, and private information is fully protected and encrypted
  • Once you’ve submitted your case details, a new screen will appear and you’ll be invited to type your question
  • A consultant will respond as soon as possible and you’ll see the conversation in real time on the screen
  • Your consultant will advise you if your case is suitable to be referred on for further legal advice
  • You can close a Support Case at any time, via the ‘settings’ link on the screen
