Handle Everything Through Your Account.

When an applicant submits their application for your new position direct from the advert we generated for you, their application will be securely processed by WorkSmarter. 

To Manage Your Applications:

  1. Go to Services and click on Job Applicant Tracker to see a summary of your current vacancies. 

  2. Click View on the relevant position to see and review your applications. The Pending Review column shows who has applied for the position. Click each name for a candidate summary, and to download their CV and any other attachments. 

  3. To speed up the process, AI Insights automatically summarises candidates’ CVs, grading them red, amber and green to help you assess suitability. Our AI assistant also tags any relevant skills for you. 

  4. Add candidate comments via the Notes feature as you review their application. Notes will only be visible internally. Switch the privacy mode on or off to share these comments with associated managers, or keep them visible only to you. You can add a reminder to follow up on this note. 

How can I View Applicant Status Updates on the Job Board? 

The smart board reads from left to right as candidates progress between the different status columns. The system automatically does this for you when you change candidate status via the Status Box. You can also use simple drag and drop to move candidates between columns.
