Attract the Right Candidates With Branded Job Pages.
Create publicly accessible job pages and share across multiple locations. Access to your internal candidate board pages is only available to colleagues with the relevant permissions switched on.
Once you’ve completed your vacancy description, you can either save it as a draft to return to later or tick the box to publish. To move your vacancy from draft to published status, select the Edit Vacancy button on the draft advert, locate the Status box at the bottom of the page, click Published and then Submit.
When your vacancy is published, a public job page is created. Click the Job Page button to see your completed advert. A green message (only seen internally) confirms that this advert is now published and visible to the public.
A unique link for this page has now been created.

Post on job pages or specialist job sites, and more.
Prospective candidates can apply with their details and CV, direct from the page. Applications submitted through this page are processed securely by WorkSmarter and will automatically appear on your job board as Pending Review, under the relevant position.
Can I View Past Vacancies?
Yes, all your historical vacancies can be accessed via the Job Applicant Tracker section within your Services tab. Click on Past Vacancies to view all the details, including notes and candidate CVs.
