Here’s a summary of the information you’ll need to provide.
Name: the full name of the employee.
Training Summary: enter a name or summary for the training session.
Assign Topic: select or key in the topics covered.
Date of Training: enter the date the training took place (or is due). If the training should be repeated, enter the date it next falls due. A notification will be sent when you record or receive a training session and when training is due to be repeated.
Details: in the text box provided, write the main content of the training and include all relevant details and information on the session. WorkSmarter’s handy text editor lets you customise the look and feel of your training documents.
Attachments: if needed, attach any relevant documents or files by clicking the + button for attach files, and selecting the file from your computer. Attachments can include items such as certificates awarded on completion of training, additional materials such as slides, handouts, or assessment results.
Who can see and Edit Training Records
Only Managers with permission can access staff training records to record and edit training. Staff users on the platform can view their own training record. Records are fully encrypted with AES-256.
