Here’s how we make WorkSmarter integration effortless, so it becomes a seamless service that’s part of your business.

1. Book a Demo or Register Directly

Your journey with WorkSmarter begins with a choice: either book a free demo with one of our friendly support team members, or register directly and we’ll get your account set up.

We recommend you opt for a demo if you’re not already familiar with our platform, so we can walk you through how the platform works, and focus on your unique requirements. It’s also a great way to meet the team who’ll be helping you implement WorkSmarter into your organisation, and answer any questions you have along the way. Book a Demo.

2. Easy Account Setup and Data Import

Once your account is created, we guide you through your initial setup. Whether you’re switching from another platform or starting fresh, the first step is importing your employee and HR data - and we’re here to make this step as easy as possible. 

Book a call with a member of our onboarding team, and we’ll discuss the best method of exporting and importing your data into WorkSmarter.

3. Personalised Account Review and Permissions Setup

After your data is in place, we meet with your key users to review your account together. Our goal is to make sure your team is comfortable and ready to go, while giving your business time to communicate the launch internally and set expectations.

Our Support Team Will:

  • Check everything is set up correctly.

  • Talk through user permissions — who should have access to what — and show you how to manage these settings.

  • Provide training sessions for managers or key team members, if needed.

  • Send welcome emails to your lead users (usually admins and team managers), including 3 simple steps to get started.

  • Follow up with a few additional onboarding emails, packed with useful tips and time-saving features.

4. Smooth Onboarding for Your Wider Team

Clear, staged communication helps your team feel prepared and excited about the new platform.

When you’re ready, we help you roll out WorkSmarter to your employees in a structured way, starting with a clear and friendly introductory email containing all the onboarding information they need: username, temporary password, and log in link. We’ll send any follow up reminder emails if required. 

We’ll also send them an invite to download our app for easy holidays and approvals.

When they log in for the first time they’ll have the option to choose a new, memorable password and upload a profile picture to personalise their account. Passwords and profile pictures can be changed whenever they want. 

Users can edit and update their contact details and personal information at any time.

5. Ongoing Support, Every Step of the Way

Throughout your rollout, we work closely with you to keep things running smoothly. Whether it’s a quick question, a tweak, or additional advice — we’re always here to help.
