WorkSmarter’s billing process is simple and transparent. Our monthly billing includes support and setup assistance as part of our commitment to customer service. 

Here’s a quick summary of how we handle billing.

Billing Cycle and Charges

All users on your WorkSmarter account are considered chargeable until their data is fully removed from our system. Once the user's profile has been removed completely, your bill is automatically updated accordingly.

Monthly Invoice and Receipt

We will email you an invoice and receipt on your billing date each month. These documents provide a clear breakdown of charges incurred during the billing period, ensuring transparency in your financial transactions with us.

Managing Billing Email Address

Your subscription settings and payment details can all be found via the Billing tab on the sidebar.

You can update your billing email address at any time by going to subscription settings, accessed via the Billing tab in the sidebar.

Your billing email address is where we send your invoices and other billing notifications, ensuring that all financial communications reach the appropriate contacts within your organisation.

Accessing Previous Invoices and Receipts

If you need to retrieve previous invoices or receipts, they are conveniently accessible through our billing portal. Click on Billing in the sidebar to access the Billing Portal.

This ensures that you can review past transactions or provide documentation for your records, even if the original email containing these documents has been lost.
