How to access help and guidance, whatever plan you’re on.
We like to think WorkSmarter is so easy to use... but wherever you are on the site, and whatever plan you’re on, there’s a host of resources available to help and support you.
You’ll quickly get used to how things work with the help of regular prompts when you’re setting up and using your Account, designed to guide you successfully through each process. Pop-up messages in the top right confirm when tasks have been completed.
At any time, 24/7, you can access easy-read articles and guidance from our self-service Help Centre. Covering every topic you need, it’s a comprehensive resource that will help you get the most out of the site.
Once you’re logged in, just look for the life ring ‘Help’ symbol in the top right corner of the screen.
Clicking the Help button gives you suggestions for relevant Help Centre articles, specifically tailored to the page you’re currently looking at.
If you can’t find what you want, or need more detail, then simply click on ‘Help Centre Articles’ on the left, and you’ll be able to view them all.
We’ve created related links between articles that help guide you to the most relevant resources, so it’s effortless to find the information you need.
If you’d like more support, or you’ve got a specific question that our Help Centre hasn’t answered, then use our Live Chat facility to speak directly with a member of the WorkSmarter team. The Chat facility is available Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
Look for the Live Chat icon around the site — it's the blue speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen. Our Live Chat support is available for all users, regardless of which package you're on.
Click the icon when you want to start a conversation and the team will reply as soon as they can. You can ask us anything or share your feedback.
