WorkSmarter is built to be easy to use, with all the tools and guidance you need to manage HR on your own terms. The platform’s designed to support you and your team’s independence but, if you do need a helping hand, our friendly support team is always happy to help.
During normal business hours (Monday to Friday), you can start a Live Chat by clicking the blue speech bubble icon at the bottom right of your screen. Typically, a member of the team will aim to reply to your message within 30 minutes.
