Manage Your Account Details

When your employer registers your account with WorkSmarter, you receive a welcome email confirming your account creation and login details. You then have the option to choose a new, memorable password and upload a profile picture to personalise your account and log in for the first time. 

How to Log In

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the WorkSmarter login page.

  • Enter your username and password.

  • Click on the 'Log In' button.

How do I Change my Password?

You can change your password whenever you want.

·      While logged in, click on the arrow next to your profile picture to take you to the Your Account section.

·      Go to Account Settings and click on 'Change Password'.

·      Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new password. Save your changes.

·      Once updated, your new password is immediately active. 

What if I’ve Forgotten my Password?

Don’t worry—recovering it is quick and easy.

·      To reset your password simply visit the login page and click ‘Forgot’ on the password field.

·      Enter your registered email address and we'll email you a password reset link.

·      Click on the link provided. Follow the instructions on the password reset page. Enter a new memorable password and confirm it.

·      Once your password is reset, use your new credentials to log in securely.
